Nirali’s Therapeutic Approach:
Nirali believes while medication can help some people gain relief from symptoms, therapy (with or without medication) is the most effective long-term treatment. Nirali’s approach to therapy is non-judgmental, NOT disease orientated and creates a safe and supportive enviornment that allows a woman to feel comfortable and valued.  By building upon skills, tools and strengths the client already possesses, therapy can have lasting positive effects and provide the client with strategies at their disposal in the future.  Nirali uses an eclectic approach which will best help the client in the most effective and efficient manner.  She believes, psychotherapy helps women live more productive, satisfying, rewarding and fulfilling lives.
